Chicken Fajitas

First take the bones out of the meat. Leave the meat in large chunks without the skin. Slice all produce in thin slices. Heat oil in skillet (I like t use a wok, it's great!). When oil is hot add onions, bell peppers and fresh garlic (If your using powder add it last). Sauté vegetables well. When peppers are a bright green add chicken and mix well. Add spices and salt and cook until the chicken has absorbed any and all juices from the vegetables.
Serving Suggestions:
For burritos serve chicken in a flour tortilla add a little guacamolé and wrap it up. For a taco serve in on a corn tortilla and add lettuce, fresh salsa, guacamolé, cheese and sour cream. By itself add a salad and Mexican rice. Or a Mexican sandwich a "Torta". Slice bread in half and lightly grill on both sides. Fill with chicken, guacamolé, lettuce and fresh salsa.
